Returns
We are so confident in the product we provide that we also guarantee our quality of merchandise is free from any defect, misprints, etc. But of course, sometimes mistakes do happen.
We are going to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time and are of the highest quality.
Returns are not accepted; instead we will re-place your order at no charge, provided that the original merchandise is returned within 30 days with an explanation of the reason request for replacement.
The replacement will be accepted if the customer is disappointed with the merchandise for one of the following reasons:

The design, color style and size of the product is different from the one selected by the customer online.

The garment got stained or damaged in transition transport.

b) The quality of the garment (i.e., the printing, color, size, style) is below a reasonable range of expectations;
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time for delivery varies based on Canada Post deliveries schedules. Normally it should not take more than 10 working days from the time that the order has been placed and receiving the order. Some services will add to our typical turnaround. Rush charges may apply for orders needed sooner than our typical turnaround. We may be able to accommodate orders in as little as 3 business days upon request.
Turn time on larger orders may require longer time to produce. Please inquire about our current turn time on larger orders.
Rush Orders
We understand that there are occasions when orders are needed sooner than 10 business days and we strive to fulfill those orders. If an order is being shipped, then the rush charges apply to our production time only. Rush orders require payment in full to begin printing. We cannot guarantee that we will accommodate all rush orders.
Manufacturer Defects
We are not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: mislabeled sizes, inconsistent coloring, dye lots, manufacturer garment defects, etc.
Order Cancellation
In the event an order needs to be cancelled, refunds or return of deposits will be based on the status of the order and may be subject to penalties and/or restocking charges. Orders that have commenced printing or shipped cannot be cancelled and a refund will not be provided.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO I DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from my online store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide me with information that helps the host learn about your browser and operating system.

The store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell my products and services to you.
